WESTERN Police District director Chief Supt. Pedro Bulaong yesterday said that the Manila police has made inroads in crime fighting during his first year.
In his accomplishment report, Bulaong said the overall crime solution efficiency (CSE) from July 29, 2002-the day he assumed office-to last July 15 has gone up to 96.18 percent, compared to the 90.84 and 93.55 percent racked up over the same period in the last two years.
Bulaong also cited successful crackdowns on drug syndicates in Manila.
