CHARGES of coup d'etat, a crime against public order under the Revised Penal Code, were yesterday filed against Navy Ltsg. Antonio Trillanes IV and 320 other military men who mounted the failed uprising Sunday in Makati City.
The complaint filed by the National Bureau of Investigation in the Department of Justice named the respondents as "Army Capt. Laurence Louis B. Somera, Air Force 2nd Lt. Jigger B. Montallana, Trillanes, Navy Lt. Norberto E. Santiago Jr., and Marines Capt. Edmar B. Soriaso et al."
