Star Television has licensed brand, logo, says Star News.

New Delhi, July 30. STAR News in its latest response to the Information and Broadcasting (I&B) Ministry has said that Hong Kong-based Star Television Pvt Ltd (STPL) has licensed its brand and logo and as a licensor it could review content as per international agreement between a licensor and licensee.
It also said that in order to maintain the quality and standard of the channel and preserve the value of Star News brand, any change in appointments, removal or reappointment of key personnel would have to be done with the concurrence of STPL.
