MUMBAI: The city never has a dearth of good Samaritans. While it took about 20 minutes for the fire-brigade and ambulance to reach the blast site on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar on Monday night, local citizens helped victims and rushed most of them to Rajawadi hospital as soon as possible.
