NOIDA: The 75-year-old mother of a top multi-national company executive had been electrocuted, revealed her autopsy report. The deceased, R Parvathi, was allegedly found unconscious at her sector-14 residence on July 15.
She later succumbed to her injuries. The police had earlier claimed that the elderly woman had died of natural causes. But the autopsy report says Parvathi died of ''shock due to electric burn injuries''. Her son, V R Ganesh, told The Times of India that the police were underplaying his mother's ''murder by robbers'' by trying to establish that she died of brain haemorrhage.
