Section: General News - National Thai Language Day this year focuses on the preservation of local literature. Culture Minister Uraiwan Thienthong has called on all Thais, wherever they are, to join hands in preserving the proper use of the Thai language. Parents and teachers, in particular, should set an example to children in this regard.
