Nassau, Bahamas: Chief medical officers from the Caribbean have agreed to create a standard health form for visitors entering the region in a bid to prevent the deadly Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) from reaching these shores.

The health officials took the decision at their just-ended three-day 11th Annual General Meeting in the Bahamas, which examined a regional response to the deadly virus.
