Afghan Balkh Province officials receive World Bank, Turkish, aid officers.

The governor of Balkh Province, in northern Afghanistan, Mohammad Ishaq Rahgozar, has received the Turkish consul, Anil Cicek, Balkh TV reported on 27 July. Promising assistance where required, Anil Cicek said that a Turkish delegation would be coming to Mazar-e Sharif soon. Ishaq Rahgozar thanked him for his assistance and promised cooperation in the future, the report said.
