VocalTec shares to return to Nasdaq National Market.

Voice over network company VocalTec Communications (Nasdaq: VOCL) announced on Friday that Nasdaq had approved a request to transfer VocalTec shares from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market to the Nasdaq National Market.

VocalTec said its shares would begin trading on the Nasdaq National Market at the opening of business on July 29, and under the same trading symbol, VOCL.
