Roundup: NCS Sells Post-Close Division to Law Firm.(Brief Article)
National Closing Solutions here is selling its post-close servicing division to Robertson & Anschutz, a Houston-based law firm that focuses on serving the mortgage industry.
David Tandy, CEO of NCS, said the company has decided to focus on core product offerings such as title work, settlement services and appraisals.
"As document preparation attorneys servicing the real estate market, R&A's service offering dovetails with the post- closing NCS currently provides. We have worked with R&A over the past nine months, in a channel partner capacity, and have experienced first hand their commitment to excellent customer service and quality work - principles that are cornerstones of NCS and its parent company. I am confident our current customers will experience the same in working with R&A," he said in a statement.
