Jakarta, July 21 (ANTARA) - Finance Minister Boediono said, the tight state budget in 2004 would hinder the government to provide stimulant or additional funds for expenditure and balance funds.

"The 2004 state budget plan is very tight. Do not expect stimulant or additional budget for expenditure which is out of our capability," Boediono said in a coordinative meeting on national development, Monday.

Following the decision to stop the International Monetary Fund (IMF) program, the government would need huge amounts of funds for the 2004 state budget without Paris Club debt rescheduling, while the …
