Staff at Shell Expro are having to apply for their existing jobs or other jobs in the new organisation Shell EP (Exploration and Production) Europe.

Senior managers have already gone through this process. Now middle management and staff below that level are being asked what jobs they would like to have when EP Europe comes into being later this year.

Staff may find there is no post for them in EP Europe, but Shell Expro does not expect to have final numbers on redundancies or voluntary severance until September.
