In my opinion, Mind CTI (Nasdaq: MNDO) is the story of the year. Why? Because it is now making a profit, and is sharing it with its shareholders, by distributing a dividend.

I want to dwell on this, because I've frequently urged the high-tech generation that they should do as Mind has done. I've been recommending to Check Point (Nasdaq: CHKP) for a long time that it ought to distribute a dividend.

Mind CTI president and CEO Monica Eisinger did the right thing and proved once again that she is a step ahead of the crowd as far as understanding the market is concerned.

If you had suggested to her three years ago to distribute a dividend, she wouldn't even have bothered …
