Mali to host West African trade, finance ministers.

Bamako, Mali (PANA) - Ministers of Trade and Finance of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA) are expected to convene here 23-24 July, official sources revealed Wednesday.

The Malian Industry and Trade ministry said the Bamako meeting would be preceded by an experts' session in preparations for the multilateral negotiations between the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Group and the European Union (EU) to establish a free-trade zone by 2020.
