USS Decatur Receives 4th Blue "E"
Caption: The USS Decatur (DDG 73) Supply Department's teamwork and spirit provided outstanding support and customer service to the Decatur's crew. The department is led by LT Steven Luna, Supply Officer. Pictured in the front row of the "E" are the officers, chief petty officers, and leading petty officers of the Supply Department: DK1 (SW) Tiller, SKC (SW) Elliott, LT Luna, LTJG Bethany, SKC (SW) French, SH1 (SW) Dean, MSC (SW/AW) Balagtas, and MMC (SW) Schelin. The Supply Department of USS Milius (DDG 69) earned her second consecutive Blue "E" Award for Logistics Excellence in 2002; her second award since her commissioning in 1996.
