NAVAL SUPPLY SYSTEMS COMMAND HEADQUARTERS--RADM Justin D. McCarthy, SC, USN, Commander, Naval Supply Systems Command, has announced that CAPT Jerrold Twigg, SC, USN, has been designated the prospective Commanding Officer of the newly formed Naval Operational Logistics Support Center (NOLSC).
The headquarters of this new command is intended to be located in Norfolk to align the command with both the Fleet Forces Command and the Joint Forces Command with which it will maintain close relations in support of forward-deployed operating forces.
