RNS Number:4039L Loades PLC 01 November 2006 LOADES PLC 1 November 2006 PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES Loades Plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 November 2006 it purchased 400 of its own ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") at a price of 680p per share. The Shares were acquired as part of the buyback facility being operated by the Company, announced on 21 September 2006 and detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders of the same date (the "Circular"), and are to be cancelled. Following cancellation of Shares purchased, as detailed above, the members of the Loades family will be interested, in aggregate, in 97.56% of the Company's Shares and the Company will have 1,798,765 Shares in issue. The buyback facility will continue to operate until no later than 3 November 2006, subject to the restrictions on number of shares or expenditure detailed below not having been reached. The Company may make market purchases of its Shares up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the lower of 41,600 Shares (representing 50% of the Shares in which the Loades family were not interested at the date of the Circular) or AGBP300,000 (including ...
