SEOUL, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Lufthansa, Europe's second-largest airline, said today it will begin servicing a new route connecting South Korea's southeastern port city of Busan and Munich, Germany, next year.
Lufthansa, the first Europe-based airline to link the southeastern part of South Korea with Europe non-stop, is to begin operating the new route three times a week on March 27, the company said.
With the service, Lufthansa will run a total of 10 weekly flights between the two countries, seven of which currently connect Seoul and Frankfurt, Germany's financial and transportation center, the company said.
