KUALA LUMPUR, July 12 (Bernama) -- Civil servants living in Putrajaya should register with the Election Commission (EC) to fulfil their duty as voters, Cuepacs said in a statement today.

Cuepacs Secretary-General Datuk Abdul Rahman Manan said civil servants should sign up and make use of their right to vote for leaders of their choice.
