The Deputy Mayor of Chicago City in the USA, Mr. Charles Bowen paid a courtesy call on the Inspector General of Police Nana Owusu Nsiah at the Police Headquarters.

Discussions centered on the need for an exchange program between the personnel of the Ghana Police Service and their counterparts in Chicago under the auspices of the US-Africa Sister Cities Conference Initiative. It also viewed training as an essential component in the development of a Police Officer to attain professionalism and efficiency in contemporary times.
