NO CONTEST: A heated contest was expected between CBs Gary Baxter and Corey Fuller, but Fuller seems to have the inside track based on his experience with coach Brian Billick with the Vikings. Assistant coaches like Baxter, but for now he will start at safety.... Billick apparently gave RT Orlando Brown permission to occasionally start a fight. The offense lacks a tough-guy mentality, and Brown might be able to establish it. Billick won't break up fights but has told Brown they should end on his signal.
