2002 All-Stars who are looking to regain their form:

1 Paul Konerko, 1B/DH, White Sox. Chicago's other first baseman/DH (Frank Thomas) was supposed to falter this season, but Konerko has been downright awful, hitting below the Mendoza line with four homers and 18 RBIs. He is platooning with Brian Daubach.

2 Shawn Green, OF, Dodgers. He has been far from the player the Dodgers are accustomed to seeing. Green is hitting .248 with nine home runs. If the Dodgers want to stay in the pennant race, he must provide more production.

3 Derek Lowe, P, Red Sox. His ERA has ballooned from last year's 2.58 to 4.50. His once-nasty sinker hasn't had the same bite. ...
