The team is targeting RHP Curt Schilling (broken hand) to return before the All-Star break. The only thing still hampering Schilling is the inability to grip his curveball without discomfort. And shortly after Schilling is back, look for LHP Randy Johnson to return. Johnson threw off a mound last week for the first time since having knee surgery May 1. He threw hard and with sound mechanics. Johnson probably will experience soreness in his knee the rest of his career, but it's something he should be able to pitch through.
