The Ghana Catholic Bishops' Conference (GCBC) has appointed Very Reverend Father Seth Osei-Agymang as Secretary General of the National Catholic Secretariat (NCS). He assumed duty yesterday July 7, 2003.

Fr.Osei-Agyemang succeeds Rev. Msgr. Jonathan Ankrah who has been Secretary General for five years.

The new Secretary General had been the Sunyani Diocesan Administrator.

He served the same diocese as its Vicar General from 1995 to 2001 under the late Bishop James Owusu.
