CoolCure UV is a process that simplifies printing of plastic films or aluminum-coated paper with UV ink. The oxygen-reducing UV drying technology is designed for Heidelberg's Speedmaster CD 102. The chamber between the printing stock and UV interdeck dryers is flushed with nitrogen, which expels most of the oxygen.
