Now that parents tote their children practically everywhere, there seem to be strollers for all occasions, lifestyles, and budgets: from $20 umbrella strollers to $800 European prams, with joggers, tandems, and even sport-utility-inspired models priced in-between.
Increasingly, many parents are choosing car seat/stroller combinations in which the car seat fits in the stroller. Pricier strollers now have air-filled tires. Five-point harnesses, a safety feature that better secures baby, are almost standard on higher-priced models. Formerly deluxe extras such as cup holders and trays now appear on most models.
