Dr. Frances Lucas Taucher, president of Milisaps College in Jackson MS, knows the value of hearing other women's stories: "They bring such strength, solace and magnificent drama into our lives." Taucher was one of six senior administrators with children who came together on a panel to share their stories and insights at the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) conference in St. Louis in March.
