Come first quarter of 2004, the country will witness BMW Philippines parade anew a vehicle one can either flaunt in posh city enclaves or utilize to traverse rugged terrains.
This after the German automaker announced the expansion of its X- family of vehicles with the introduction of the X3 2.5L model to be launched locally early next year.
In a press kit BMW Philippines said the X3 "represents the first premium offering in the class of sports activity vehicles (SAVs) beneath the X5."
This should be a piece of good news for local motorists who want road machines they can push to the limit yet retain their refined character.
The X3, which will debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show this September, appears to be another excellent attempt by the German car maker to combine the characteristic proportions of an off-roader with both …
