VARNA-PRO cannot provide financing for the public contract for re-equipment of 38 municipal projects in Dobrich with local gas heating installations, the mayor of the town, Lachezar Rosenov, said yesterday. The company informed the municipal authorities on June 27 that they refused the contract.
