Hewlett-Packard Philippines has inked a $3-billion deal with Procter & Gamble, Inc. (P&G) to manage the consumer goods manufacturing giant's information technology (IT) needs.

The contract is for 10 years and covers data center operations, desktop and end user support, network management and applications development and maintenance for P&G's operations in 160 countries.
