SEOUL, July 1 Asia Pulse - South Korea exported 4,018 different items which were each worth more than US$50,000 in 2001, with a presence in 80.9 per cent of the world's markets, the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) said Tuesday.
According to the PC-TAS international trade statistics compiled by the U.N., Korea was ranked 18th in export diversification, with its share of world's total export items improved from 79.6 per cent in 1997.
