ISLAMABAD, July 1 Asia Pulse - Ambassador A D Idris Waziri has said Nigeria can play role of a bridge between Pakistan exporters and African continent to serve the cause of the two sides.
He said his vision was to introduce small and medium as well as hi-tech industries of Pakistan to Nigeria.
He also urged the Pakistani exporters to boost trade through exploration of a new market in Nigeria, in particular, and in the African continent, in general.
Nigerian Ambassador Idris Waziri was speaking during his visit to the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Addressing the top businessmen, exporters and traders, Waziri said with the strengthening roots of democracy, the business climate in Nigeria was ideal for foreign investors and exporters.
He said Nigerian President Obasanjo had already given special concessions and trade incentives to Pakistani entrepreneurs. There was an urgent need to establish Pak-Nigeria Trade Forum, he added.
