TAIPEI, July 1 Asia Pulse - Vice Premier Lin Hsin-i said Monday that if economic growth in the third and fourth quarters can be maintained at more than 4 per cent, then there is still hope for 3 per cent economic growth for the whole of this year.
Lin, who concurrently serves as chairman of the Council for Economic Planning and Development (CEPD) , made the remarks after presiding over a CEPD meeting.
