Four senior vice ministers and parliamentary secretaries of the administration of Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi violated a code of conduct for Cabinet members by either serving concurrently in paid posts outside the Diet or engaging in property transactions, The Yomiuri Shimbun learned Monday.
