"I AM getting frustrated."
Joy Kintanar yesterday said police had yet to solve the murder of her husband, former New People's Army chieftain Romulo Kintanar, six months ago in Quezon City.
"The pace of the investigation is slow," Joy said in an interview with the Inquirer.
