(From Philippine Daily Inquirer)
Byline: Martin P. Marfil
TOLERATED but still not accepted.
To impress on everyone how serious he is in reclaiming his old post, ousted National Labor Relations Commission Chair Rogelio Rayala yesterday made the rounds of the NLRC of-
fices in Quezon City.
Rayala also attended the flag ceremony at 8 a.m. But he did not deliver a talk to employees as was his practice from 1998 until the middle of 2000 when Malacanang found him guilty of sexually harassing a stenographer and fired him as NLRC chair. He was replaced by Roy Seneres, former Philippine ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.
Rayala reportedly spent the whole day at the office of a labor arbiter on the fourth floor.
