THE PHILIPPINE Olympic Committee won't touch the P10 million promised by First Gentleman Mike Arroyo Sunday to augment the budget for the country's participation in the Vietnam Southeast Asian Games.
How the money will be spent is expected to be touched, however, when POC president Celso Dayrit and Philippine Sports Commission chair Eric Buhain meet tomorrow to discuss vital details of the preparation for SEAG set this December.
Buhain said he didn't mind that Arroyo pledged the money directly to Dayrit and not to him as the head of the country's disbursement agency in sports.
