Bishop Fortich ailing.

BACOLOD CITY- President Macapagal-Arroyo has asked the faithful to pray for Bishop Emeritus Antonio Y. Fortich who is being kept alive by a respirator at the Riverside Medical Center here.
"I am asking our people, especially my fellow Negrenses, to join me in praying for Bishop Fortich,'' said Ms Macapagal in a message relayed by her brother-in-law, Ignacio Arroyo.
Fortich's condition worsened last Wednesday when he stopped responding to people talking to him and showing any reaction to pain.
