Another broadcaster slay witness surfaces.

LUCENA CITY-Another witness to the killing of dwTI broadcaster Apolinario Pobeda presented himself and pointed to a Lucena City councilor as alleged part of the group that planned the murder, according to a member of Task Force Polly.
The TFP member revealed that a certain Wilson Ortula, 45, a resident of Tayabas, Quezon, executed an affidavit, stating that one of the Patulay brothers, the first two arrested suspects in the Pobeda murder, had allegedly reported to Councilor Vic Paulo a few hours after the killing.
