VICE PRESIDENT Teofisto Guingona has taken his fight against Charter change to the youth of the land.

Telling Girl Scouts in Quezon province that proposed amendments to the Constitution include the lifting of limits on foreign ownership of property in the Philippines, Guingona said, "If we allow Cha-cha to take place, we might as well change our national anthem from Lupang Hinirang to Lupang Nahiram at Nabili (Land Borrowed and Bought)."
