TOKYO, June 27 Asia Pulse - Orders received by manufacturers of semiconductor-manufacturing equipment in Japan and abroad from Japanese clients totaled 66.94 billion yen (US$560 million) in May, soaring 88.2 per cent from a year earlier, according to data released Thursday by the Semiconductor Equipment Association of Japan.
