Cape Town, South Africa (PANA) - French foreign minister Dominique de Villepin arrived here Thursday at the start of a two-day official visit to South Africa.

He is slated to meet his South African counterpart, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma for talks, before signing a bilateral cooperation agreement between the two countries.

The New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) and possible trilateral cooperation on the African continent would feature in discussions …
