OUR feet tend to be the least looked-after part of our bodies, yet we expect some serious work out of them.

The average person walks about 8,000 steps a day or 115,000 miles in a lifetime - that's the equivalent of circling the globe five times so it's little wonder that our tootsies can sometimes look a little tired.
