Cologne: Cologne police have arrested an internationally wanted suspected terrorist. In April 1999 the 42-year-old man reportedly incited a bomb attack in the Turkish town of Bingol, a police spokesman reported on Friday [20 June]. The attack on a governor killed two people and injured 14. Judicial circles say that the man is a member of the banned Workers Party of Kurdistan.
