Author: The Hang Seng Index closed down 60.07 points, or 0.60 percent, at 9,970.30 on June 18. The market turnover stood at HK$10.130 billion (US$1.299 billion). Dealers said share prices closed lower on consolidation, but the index is expected to return to the 10,000 point level as the underlying sentiment was still good. Three of the four sub-indices posted losses, with Commerce & Industry moving down the most at 1.37 percent, followed by Properties and Utilities at 0.65 percent, 0.11 percent respectively. Only …
