Seishin sold jet mills to China, India

Seishin Enterprise Co., the executives of which have been arrested on suspicion of illegally exporting to Iran jet mills that could be used in missile development, also illegally exported the devices to China and India, sources said Friday.

According to the sources, Seishin started to expand into the overseas market in the late 1980s.

In 1987, the company exported a jet mill, a machine that can be used to grind solid fuel into fine powder for use in missiles, for the first time to the former Soviet Union and another to Iran. In February 1990, …
