It appears hurdles are already mounting on the path of some newly inaugurated governors following revelations of alleged financial impropriety against their predecessors. Oke Epia reports.

After all the thrills and frills that attended the inauguration of new administrations in the different states of the country, the new governors are now expected to settle down to the real business of governance. But indications have emerged that fulfilling electoral promises made during campaigns will not be easy as some of the new governors have alerted on lean financial resources left in the coffers for them by their predecessors.
