TV Mike gets the green light.

FORMER TV personality Mike Murphy's Parkwest development has been given the green light for a switch to residential use on part of the undeveloped section of the site.

As many as 433 new homes worth [euro]100 million will be built on the site located betweenthe Naas Road and the M50. The plans will also include a new railway station linking thesite to Heuston, which in turn will have LUAS links to Connolly and the city centre.

The development company Airscape Ltd., which is headed by PJ Doherty, has alreadyundertaken extensive development on other parts of the site including offices and distribution companies. It has also …
