SEOUL, June 2 Asia Pulse - South Korea's tax agency today said it will resume regular corporate income tax probes in the second half in an effort to manage tax sources.
In March, the National Tax Service (NTS) decided to put off periodic audits of corporate income taxes slated for the first half, citing difficult economic situations.
"The NTS will resume corporate income tax probes in the second half as part of efforts to control corporate taxpayers," an NTS official said.
Firms that have not undergone NTS audits for years and are suspected of filing dishonest tax ...
