The Peoples Bank Appoints Commercial Lending Officer.
BILOXI, Miss. -- BILOXI, Miss., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Glenn I. Nash has been named vice- president of The Peoples Bank and will serve as a commercial lending officer handling large banking relationships announced Chevis C. Swetman, Chairman and CEO of the bank and holding company.
Nash formerly served as commercial group lending manager for another South Mississippi bank, where the commercial loan portfolio nearly quadrupled in three years under his leadership.
He has also worked for banks in Louisiana and North Carolina, including First Commerce Corporation of New Orleans, where he concentrated on energy, hospitality, gaming and real estate.
